Returns & Exchange

Policy

If any customer wish to return full or partial order, we will gratefully entertain returns and exchanges as per return and exchange policy. The detail of policy and return procedure is as under;

Time Limit

All customer returns shall be entertained within 10 of purchase for an exchange. After expiry of time limit, we are apologized to accept returns.

    Returns & Exchange

    We are offering the facility of return services in case if customer has received defective product(s) or not in accordance with our customer’s specifications & expectations. If customer is not satisfied with what she/he ordered and what is received; then customer has a right to return it easily within 10 days of purchased item(s).

    1 Items that can be returned includes following:

    • The purchased item(s) must be complete and intact which is being returned. It should be in accordance as per detail mentioned in Product Re-Packing
    • Item(s) packaging should be flawless and intact
    • The purchased item(s) should not be used which is being returned

    2 Items that cannot be returned includes following:

    • If the product is not complete or if even a single item is missing
    • If product is customized according to size, style and fabric
    • If product get discolored, emitting perfume scent or body orders and got damaged even a bit
    • All accessories are final sale, returns & exchanges are NOT possible on any accessory
    • Return of new arrivals products are not possible
    • Due to hygienic reasons, undergarments products are not returnable
    • The discounted sales item(s) can’t be returned
    • Item(s) returned after expiry of time limit
    • Item(s) purchased from company retail outlet shall be entertain as per retail policy
    • Item(s) purchased from online is returnable only to online store (E-commerce).

    Product Re-Packing

    Customer needs to ensure safe packing (along with purchase invoice price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories) before reshipment.

    Return Process

    • All returns must be sent to XM - Tayyab Plaza, West Canal Road, Near Sharif Motor Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.
